The worship of Sri Sri Ma Durga (in portrait) was conducted over all 4 days of Durga Puja—Saptami, Adhik-Saptami, Maha-Ashtami, and Maha-Navami—at Ramakrishna Kutir, Almora. Homa ceremonies were performed on both Maha-Ashtami and Maha-Navami. Swami Nityavidananda (Somnath Maharaj) served as the Pujari. The Chandi Path was recited on all three days by Swami Dharmavratanandaji (Prahlad Mj) Ramakrishna Math, Maadihalli.

Each day of the Puja began with Mangal Arati at 6 AM. Bhog Arati and Pushpanjali were also observed daily.

In the evenings, following the Sandhya Arati, devotees and monks sang bhajans, including the chorus recital of the Mahishasuramardini Stotram. This was followed by the serving of the Ratri Bhog.

Over 500 devotees, students, and workers were served meals at both noon and night throughout all four days of the Puja.
